Kim Boong-Do (Ji Hyun-Woo) is a nobleman who lived during the Joseon Dynasty, about 300 years ago. One day, he mysteriously travels through time and finds himself in modern-day Seoul, South Korea. While trying to navigate this new world, Kim Boong-Do meets Choi Hee-Jin (Yoo In-Na), an aspiring actress struggling to make it big. At the time, Choi Hee-Jin is playing the role of Queen In-Hyun in a historical drama series called "New Jang Hee-Bin". Despite their vastly different backgrounds, Kim Boong-Do and Choi Hee-Jin fall in love with each other.
